DOD (Dive Officer of the Day) Responsibilities

The information below is taken from CFT Document Reference 307 Revision 1.0 Approved on 14th September 2006

Copies can be printed off from the CFT Website - On main (front) page of the CFT website, using the pull down menu which says 'Select One' select 'Downloads', then scroll down and select 'Procedures' then select 'CFT 301 - Club Related Procedures' and finally select 'CFT 307 - Dive Log Record'.
This will open as a MS Word document and can be printed off.

Note that the slate is convenient in the boat but this paper record should be used for planning must be retained by the DO as a record of club diving and to help subsequently with accurate sign off of logbooks
